AttendCi uses a hybrid attendance system that combines RFID and QR code technologies to make student attendance recording fast, accurate, and flexible. Students can record their attendance using either an RFID card scanned by an RFID reader or a unique QR code scanned using a QR code scanner. The system automatically records attendance in real time and stores each student’s attendance history in the database. It can also check monthly class fee payments, helping administrators identify students with outstanding payments. This hybrid method provides multiple attendance options, reduces manual work, saves time, and improves the efficiency and reliability of attendance management.
